Overnight Stays Starting at $110
Overnight stays are perfect for pets who thrive on companionship and routine! Whether you're traveling for work, enjoying a weekend getaway, or just need a little extra help, our cozy accommodations provide a home away from home for your furry friend. We offer 12 or 14-hour options for your pet to well care for your fur companion while you’re away. Plus, many of our clients choose to add drop-in visits during the day, providing even more cuddles and fun! It’s a win-win for both you and your beloved fur baby!

Drop-In Visits Starting at $25
Drop-in visits are ideal for giving your pet some outdoor backyard time without the need for a full walk. Choose between 30, 45, or 60 minute durations for our team to let your dog out for a bathroom break, playtime, or just some fresh air. Many of our clients add at least two drop-in visits, spaced four hours apart, to complement their overnight care. This ensures your pet gets extra attention, regular bathroom breaks, and plenty of activity, keeping them comfortable and happy while you're away!

Dog walking is ideal for pets who need regular exercise and stimulation while you're away. Choose from 30, 45, or 60-minute walks, tailored to your dog’s energy level and specific needs. Whether they need a quick stroll or a longer adventure, our walks ensure your dog stays active, happy, and healthy! We bring treat along for the stroll too!

What Are Your Pet Care Service and Office Hours?
Service Hours:
Our pet-sitting and dog-walking services are available daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Additionally, we offer 12-hour and 14-hour overnight visits in your home to provide personalized care for your pets.
Office Hours:
We’re here to assist you with live customer service 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. During these hours, we handle calls, schedule requests, and appointment changes.
If you contact us outside of office hours, we’ll do our best to respond promptly to texts, calls, and emails. Thank you for your understanding!
Can I Schedule Specific Times for Visits?
We strive to accommodate specific time requests, but due to the unpredictable nature of our business, we are unable to guarantee exact times. To ensure flexibility, we operate within the following time blocks for visits:
- Morning: 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM
- Mid-Morning: 8:30 AM – 9:45 AM
- Late Morning: 9:45 AM – 11:00 AM
- Midday: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
- Late Afternoon: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Early Evening: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Mid Evening: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
- Late Evening: 8:30 PM – 10:00 PM
What Time Do Overnight Stays Start?
Overnight stays can be scheduled for either 12 hours or 14 hours, depending on your preference. The start times for these overnight visits can be arranged within theMid Evening(7:00 PM – 8:30 PM) orLate Evening(8:30 PM – 10:00 PM) time blocks.
How Much Notice Is Required to Schedule Visits?
For new clients, we recommend providing a few days' notice to arrange a Meet and Greet at your home.
For returning clients, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice to schedule visits, allowing us to coordinate with your pet sitter. Same-day or last-minute requests may incur a fee for urgent bookings.

Can We Meet Our Sitter Beforehand? Same Sitter Each Time?
We highly recommend a complimentary Meet & Greet for all new clients and their pets. This meeting is an opportunity for you to share your home and pet routines with us and ensure that both you and your sitter are a good fit. It's also the perfect time for you to ask any questions about our services and policies.
Will We Have the Same Sitter Each Time?
Our goal is to assign you the same primary sitter for each visit, so you and your pets can build a strong, consistent relationship. Although we have a large team, we prioritize continuity and will always strive to provide your primary sitter. If your regular sitter is unavailable due to illness, time off, or other reasons, we will provide a trusted backup sitter, and you’ll have the chance to meet them beforehand for your peace of mind. Rest assured, we will never cancel a confirmed sitting assignment last minute.
Are Your Sitters Background Checked?
Yes, all of our pet sitters undergo a comprehensive background check, including local, state, and federal criminal checks, to ensure the safety and trustworthiness of everyone who cares for your pets and home.
We also go the extra mile to prepare our sitters for unforeseen circumstances. Here’s how:
- Our sitters undergo thorough training, including shadowing experienced pet sitters.
- We provide a mandatory guide that covers various situations that may arise, ensuring they are ready for any unexpected events.
- In case of an emergency, we always have a secondary sitter readily available to step in, ensuring continuous care for your pets without disruption.
This extra preparation ensures your pets receive the best care, no matter what!
How Does Invoicing and Payment Work?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Invoicing is processed daily, and credit card payments are automatically processed on the date of the last visit. To view your billing info and charges per visit, simply access your portal to see your transactions and invoices.
100% of tips go directly to our amazing dog walkers and pet sitters, who give your pets the best care possible. If you feel they’ve gone above and beyond, tipping is always appreciated but never expected! You can set up an "auto tip" based on a percentage or flat fee through our software, or contact us, and we’ll take care of it for you!
All clients are required to have a credit card on file for automated invoice and payment processing. Rest assured, we do not store your payment information and have no access to it.
What is Our Cancellation Policy?
For Dog Walks or Pet Sits:
Non-Holiday Service:
Cancellations made by 6:00 PM the day before the service will receive a full refund.
Cancellations after 6:00 PM the day before will incur a charge equal to the cost of one full visit per canceled service.
Holiday Service:
Cancellations made by 12:00 PM, seven (7) days before the service begins, will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made later than seven (7) days before the service starts are eligible for a 50% refund for the first seven (7) canceled calendar days.
Non-Holiday Reservations:
A seven (7) day notice is required for a full refund of the deposit (minus a $15 cancellation fee).
Cancellations within 48 hours or failure to cancel will result in a charge for 100% of the first seven (7) days of the reserved service. No credits will be issued for early returns during non-holiday periods.
Holiday Reservations:
A ten (10) day notice is required for a full refund of the deposit (minus a $15 cancellation fee).
Cancellations within 72 hours or failure to cancel will result in a charge for 100% of the reserved service. No credits will be issued for early returns during holiday periods.
(Holidays include: Easter, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Day, Christmas Weekend, New Year’s Eve & Day, and New Year’s Weekend.)
What are the Extra Pet Fees and Holiday Surcharges?
A 3.5% processing fee and a 4% service fee will be added to the total cost of all services to cover charges from our third-party partners.
What are the extra pet fees?
- 2nd Dog: Free
- 3rd Dog: $5
- 4th or more Dogs: $3 per dog
- 4-5 Cats: $3
- 6 or more Cats: $5
- 10 or more Cats: $10
Holiday Surcharges:
- $6.00 per drop-in/dog walk
- $30.00 per night for Overnight stays
These surcharges apply on the following holidays and the weekend days before or after the holiday:
- Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.
- If the holiday falls on a Tuesday or Thursday, the surcharge includes the weekend days before or after that day.
